From Concept
to Market Fit

01Stage-Gate® Process

Robert Cooper’s 5-stage governance framework, used by 85% of Fortune 500 companies. Phased decision gates separate feasibility from development from launch, ensuring only validated concepts consume resources.

02Jobs-to-Be-Done (JTBD)

Clayton Christensen’s insight: customers don’t buy products, they hire them to make progress. JTBD reframes innovation around the outcome sought, revealing opportunities hidden from feature-focused teams.

03Technology Readiness Levels

Originated at NASA, adopted by EU Horizon and the DoD. The 9-level TRL scale bridges lab concept to proven deployment, the shared language of aerospace, energy, and deep-tech investors.

Business Innovation

Strategy as
Competitive Architecture

01Business Model Canvas

Osterwalder & Pigneur’s 9-block map of how an organisation creates, delivers, and captures value. The universal language of strategy, from startups to Fortune 100 transformation programmes.

02Blue Ocean Strategy

Kim & Mauborgne’s ERRC framework (Eliminate, Reduce, Raise, Create) allows teams to reconstruct market boundaries and move from red-ocean competition into uncontested demand space.

03OKRs + Balanced Scorecard

Intel’s OKR cadence paired with Kaplan & Norton’s four perspectives (Financial, Customer, Process, Learning) creates alignment from board-level intent to daily operational action.

Operations Innovation

Ecosystems Built
for Resilience

01Industry 4.0 + Digital Twin

The fourth industrial revolution integrates IoT, AI, and cyber-physical systems into a Digital Thread, enabling real-time simulation, predictive maintenance, and autonomous decision-making across the value chain.

02Lean + Theory of Constraints

Toyota’s waste-elimination discipline combined with Goldratt’s bottleneck theory. Together they identify the single binding constraint, focus improvement effort, and protect throughput, the engine of operational excellence.

03Supply Chain 4.0 + Circular Economy

McKinsey’s Supply Chain 4.0 framework (AI forecasting, autonomous logistics, digital twins) paired with the Ellen MacArthur Foundation’s circular model, building supply networks that are fast, transparent, and regenerative.

01
Technology defines what is possible. Only business context determines what is worth building. Engineering without strategic alignment ships features, not value.
02
Operations is where strategy meets physical reality. Supply chain constraints and life cycle costs shape what Business plans can actually sustain.
03
The Digital Thread connects all three. It is a single source of truth flowing from design through delivery, enabling decisions that are fast, informed, and aligned.

01
Service Operations · Global Transformation
A Scalable Operating Model Across Five Regions
Redesigning how 10,000 service technicians manage 100,000 assets across five international regions, without sacrificing operational reality.
$30M
In savings delivered
Global operating model
Challenge

Following a structural split, the Operations & Maintenance division of a global organisation was handed a uniform operating model. It failed to account for regional jurisdictions, contract diversity, and operational realities on the ground. The result was systemic friction, rising costs, and a 10,000-strong workforce working around a system rather than with it.

Approach

We embedded with frontline teams across all five regions, mapping daily workflows, surfacing root causes, and identifying where the model broke down in practice. Using 5-Why analysis, Six Sigma DMAIC, and Agile methodology, we designed and piloted targeted interventions tracked against live operational KPIs.

Results

We delivered a continuous improvement framework with a structured input channel to resolve operational outliers at source. A system of regional Archetypes provided controlled flexibility for distinct asset groups. This drove coherence across People, Process, and Digital dimensions while reducing operating cost by $30M and raising service quality across the portfolio.

AI-Driven Planning and Scheduling at Scale
Replacing bloated manual planning cycles with intelligent automation, cutting cost and improving the quality of field execution across a large-scale O&M operation.

AI planning and scheduling
Challenge

Despite significant investment in people and systems, the planning, scheduling, and dispatch function of a large-scale O&M operation was producing poor-quality outputs. A bloated, manual planning cycle was inflating direct costs and degrading the quality of work delivered in the field.

Approach

We bridged two distinct project environments, Jira and Azure DevOps, and aligned operations and digital teams around a single guiding principle: the highest-impact improvements with the least implementation friction. Stakeholder alignment was central to navigating a complex, multi-disciplinary organisation through meaningful change.

Results

A Digital Maturity assessment surfaced the gap between ambition and current capability. We delivered a prioritised transformation roadmap anchored in measurable change. This set the foundation for automated planning, a 30% reduction in white-collar planning headcount, and a lasting improvement in operational output quality.

Product Strategy · Aftersales
Building an Aftersales Product Line for Asset Longevity
Developing a modular upgrade pathway to extend asset lifetimes, secure supply chains, and unlock new recurring revenue from an existing fleet.
+€50M
New revenue stream
Asset upgrade aftersales
Challenge

Clients operating ageing infrastructure were losing ground. Performance was declining. Legacy components were disappearing from supply chains. Operational and financial risks of inaction were compounding. Without a structured upgrade pathway, asset obsolescence posed a direct threat to long-term profitability.

Approach

We designed a comprehensive Aftersales product strategy built on two parallel tracks: high-efficiency hardware upgrades and a certified circular economy model for repurposed components. The programme followed a Stage-Gate execution model, grounded in Design Thinking and Technology Roadmapping to validate concepts before committing capital.

Results

The new product lineup extended system lifespans by over a decade and delivered measurable gains in operational yield. Supply chain resilience improved through the integration of pre-owned components, reducing total cost of ownership and the environmental footprint of the fleet, while generating a new recurring revenue stream exceeding €50M.

Health & Safety · Industrial Operations
Fire Suppression Integration for Critical Industrial Assets
Designing and deploying a full fire protection system to meet updated HSE standards and eliminate catastrophic risk across a high-load industrial operation.
98%
HSE compliance score
Fire suppression systems
Challenge

Critical industrial machinery was operating without active fire protection. High operational loads and the presence of flammable materials created a category-A risk environment. The client faced potential asset loss, regulatory non-compliance, and operations that could no longer be insured under updated standards.

Approach

We delivered a turnkey fire protection solution using aerosol-based suppression technology paired with advanced logic controllers. Strategic multi-zone placement, zero-pressure piping, and ruggedised hardware were combined to create a system that was effective under peak load and built to perform in demanding industrial conditions.

Results

The new system dramatically reduced fire risk exposure and directly improved asset uptime. Operational reliability was fortified across the facility, and the client’s Health, Safety & Environment score rose to 98%, satisfying insurance requirements and enabling fully compliant, uninterrupted operations.

05
Energy Transition · Strategic Planning
Operational Readiness for a Green Hydrogen Programme
Building the financial models, service frameworks, and risk strategies to move a high-capacity hydrogen programme from speculative planning to capital deployment.
€10M
Budget Allocation
Green hydrogen operational roadmap
Challenge

The client faced compounding uncertainty around emerging hydrogen technologies: undefined maintenance economics, opaque supply chains for specialised components, and no organisational architecture to manage the performance-critical interfaces of a large-scale system. Strategic progress had stalled at the point where ambition meets financial reality.

Approach

We led a comprehensive feasibility and operational readiness study, constructing O&M cost models and service frameworks from the ground up. By analysing performance-critical interfaces and spare-part supply chains, we translated complex technical requirements into structured budgets and actionable risk-mitigation strategies that could withstand executive scrutiny.

Results

The programme delivered a definitive roadmap for safe asset integration, moving the client from speculative planning to a data-driven investment position. Executive buy-in was secured for multi-million-euro deployments, underpinned by lifecycle cost models that ensured long-term operational resilience and removed the final barriers to commitment.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Questions we
often receive.

What industries do you specialise in?
Although most of our innovation and project management offering is cross-industrial best practices, we have vast experience across heavy industry, energy and renewables (with deep focus on wind, green hydrogen, and energy-transition), industrial operations, asset-intensive infrastructure, and emerging-technology ventures. Our engagements typically involve technical complexity, multi-stakeholder coordination, and converting strategy into measurable execution.
Do you work with clients outside the UAE?
Yes. While we're based in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, we serve clients across the UAE, the wider Middle East, and globally. Many engagements involve cross-border programme delivery for multi-continental clients across their global operations.
What's the difference between your project management and a traditional PMO?
A strong PMO is the backbone of repeatable project governance, and we partner closely with PMO leaders to bring outcome-ownership to specific high-stakes or technically complex programmes within their portfolio. Our engagements are led by experienced practitioners who own delivery end-to-end, making decisions, removing blockers, and translating strategy into milestones at every level of the organisation. The PMO retains governance and visibility while we drive execution where it matters most.
Can you support green hydrogen feasibility studies?
Yes. Technical feasibility for green hydrogen is one of our core competencies: techno-economic assessment, supply-chain modelling, regulatory pathway analysis, and operational roadmaps from pilot to scale-up.
How do you price your engagements?
Three models depending on the engagement: fixed-scope project fee for defined deliverables, day-rate consulting for advisory or short interventions, and milestone-based commercial structures for longer programmes where outcomes matter more than effort. We discuss the right fit during scoping.
What does a typical engagement look like?
Most engagements range from a focused 2–4 week diagnostic, through 3–6 month transformation programmes, to multi-year portfolio delivery. We always start with a scoping conversation to align on objectives, deliverables, and the right model before committing.
Do you offer one-off workshops, or only long programmes?
Both. We run intensive 1–3 day workshops and hackathons for product strategy, innovation roadmapping, and digital transformation, often as the entry point to a longer programme, but equally valuable as standalone interventions for leadership teams that need rapid alignment.
