2. About us
“Khamas Innovations”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Khamas Innovations FZCO, registered in the United Arab Emirates, with offices in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and operations in Denmark and the wider European Union.
3. The services described on this site
The Site provides general information about our work, including consulting, technical feasibility, project and program management, workshop and hackathon facilitation, speaker engagements, and the Wind MENA initiative. Information published on the Site does not constitute an offer, professional advice, or a binding commitment to provide any service.
Any actual engagement with Khamas Innovations is governed by a separate, signed agreement that takes precedence over these Terms with respect to that engagement.
No engagement, retainer, fiduciary, or advisory relationship is created by your use of the Site, by submission of the contact form, by any preliminary discussion, by any exchange of information, or by attendance at any workshop, event or speaker engagement. A binding professional relationship arises only on execution of a written engagement letter signed by an authorised representative of Khamas Innovations.
4. Use of the Site
The Site is provided for your general information. Content does not constitute professional, legal, financial, regulatory or investment advice and should not be relied upon as such. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation.

- Our aggregate liability to you arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute, or otherwise, shall not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100), or its equivalent in the applicable local currency.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, nor any liability that under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence cannot be excluded.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Khamas Innovations, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your breach of these Terms or any representation or warranty you make under them.
- Your misuse of the Site or its content.
- Any content you submit to us through the contact form or otherwise, including any claim that it infringes the rights of any third party.
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of the Site.
We may, at our option, assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE — except where mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence grant you a different forum.
15. Termination of access
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice and at our sole discretion, including where we suspect a breach of these Terms or where we are required to do so by applicable law. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued before the date of termination, nor any provisions intended to survive termination (including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law).
16. Force majeure
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations relating to the Site that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (without limitation) acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemic, government action or restriction, fire, flood, earthquake, power or telecommunications failure, internet or hosting outage, denial-of-service attack, supplier failure, strike, or other industrial action.
17. Entire agreement and no reliance
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any separately signed engagement letter, constitute the entire agreement between you and Khamas Innovations in respect of your use of the Site and supersede all prior representations, statements, understandings and agreements relating to the same subject matter. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, promise, representation, assurance or warranty not expressly set out in these Terms. Nothing in this clause excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
18. Third-party rights
No person other than a party to these Terms has any right under any applicable contracts (rights of third parties) statute to enforce any provision of these Terms.
19. Assignment
We may assign, transfer or sub-contract our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time, including as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
20. Sanctions and anti-bribery
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are not, and are not acting on behalf of any person who is, the subject of any economic or trade sanction administered by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States (including OFAC), or the United Arab Emirates, and that you will comply with all applicable anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and anti-money-laundering laws in connection with your use of the Site and any subsequent engagement with us.
21. Electronic acceptance and notices
You agree that your use of the Site, and any electronic acceptance of these Terms or the Privacy Policy, has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. Notices to us must be sent to admin@khamasinnovations.com; notices to you may be given by posting an update to the Site or, where we have your email address, by email.
